► Ensuring NPS continues its commitment to ensure all students are supported, safe, and respected

► Maintaining consistent standards across classrooms and schools in key areas (e.g., curriculum, homework, communication and data sharing with families, etc.)

► Preserving neighborhood schools, while ensuring budget sustainability and addressing challenges from aging facilities

► Continuing to evaluate the impact of students’ personal technology use in schools and support/calibrate newly implemented policies

► Evaluating the data on relatively recent changes in leveled classes (i.e., removing levels in middle school; combining levels in high school)

► Ensuring teachers are valued and respected, and their perspectives are heard
